Mandatory Adult Signature: Due to federal regulations, vape orders necessitate an Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon receipt. The receiver must present a valid government photo ID for age verification. This service adds a $7 charge during checkout. If it suits you better, we can deliver to a business address.

Order Processing and Shipping: Kindly note that orders need between 12 to 72 business hours for processing before dispatch. If a parcel comes back due to address issues like inaccuracies or incompleteness, we aren’t bound to provide a refund or resend items on our dime. If returned items reach our facility, we may refund the order amount, excluding shipping charges.

For returned items because of failed adult signature or ID verification, we might deduct a $14 restocking charge from any refund. We will only consider sending a replacement once we've received and processed the initial package. Sending a replacement at our own cost is not guaranteed.
